Dehydrated Zucchini Chips

This Dehydrated Zucchini Chips Recipe is SO acceptable. Brimming with flavors, somewhat zesty. Astounding.

The ONLY drawback.. the serving is so little. Truly, you have no clue how little that 1 1b of zucchini will get. Also, you won’t have any desire to share.. lol. Essentially this plans makes one decent estimated serving for one individual.. that’s right one. Be that as it may, I am stamping it 1-2 servings.

Another incredible tip on the off chance that you need to utilize new produce is to utilize an organization like Imperfect to have items like new natural zucchine conveyed to your home.

Dehydrated Zucchini Chips depending on how thin you sliced the zucchini and on your dehydrator the drying time

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (about 4 cups) thin sliced Zucchini*

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil (this can be omitted)

  • 1 tsp  apple cider vinegar

Directions

  • Note: I cut my zucchini on a mandoline slicer. I did both the thin and thick slices. The thin turned out much better and crispier.
  • n a medium bowl whisk salt, pepper, olive oil (if used), and vinegar
  • Add sliced zucchini
  • Toss with the “dressing” to coat.
  • Arrange slices on dehydrator trays
  • Dehydrate at 135 degrees for 5-6 hours or until crispy
