Cauliflower Fried Rice


  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add cauliflower and frozen peas. Stir and cook for 5 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
  4. Add soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
