Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

The nutty spread you use will incredibly change how the treats hold together and how they taste. While this may sound senseless, you need to initially ensure you really like the flavor of the nutty spread before you use it in this formula.

Numerous regular nutty spread can be extremely unpleasant and may have an unexpected surface in comparison to your standard top pick. I have made this formula many occasions with every single diverse brand of nutty spread, and each time they taste slightly unique.

Another significant hint is to ensure you let the treats cool totally before eating. Directly out of the broiler the treats are very brittle.

These keto peanut butter cookies are one of the easiest low carb desserts, with only 4 ingredients. Either almond flour or coconut flour can be used;

  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup of granulated sweetener

  • 1 egg

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Consistency will change to a thick dough.
  • Using a small spoon, scoop enough dough to roll a 1 inch ball in your hands.
  • Place balls of dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press each ball down with a fork, twice, creating a criss cross pattern on each cookie.
  • Bake for about 12 min or until cookies are cooked through – they will feel soft to the touch.
  • Let cool for completely before serving. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
