Roasted Carrots with Za’atar & Tahini Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon za’atar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
